On April 6 we will be playing our first BOUT against the Reef City Roller Girls New Stars at Fred Moule Pavilion in Cairns at 4:30pm. Don’t miss out on seeing us bout for the first time as a team. Find us on facebook to get updates on our team lineup and support your local derby girls! This game will be the culmination of 9 months of hard work to pull together a team since our incorporation in June last year. We look forward to our families and friends seeing what all the hard work was about and we would like to thank RCRG for helping make a team on the Tablelands a reality!

Not only did we have a visit from our Cairns and Townsville derby sisters and brothers, but we had a decent freshmeat turn out.

A lot of you said that Saturday was not a good day – well the good new is that you don’t have to wait for a freshmeat intake to join our league.

Come to our Training Sessions Wednesday’s from 5:30pm at the Rec Shed Memorial Park Yungaburra.

Fitness for Derby

We are currently hosting information talks and off skates training sessions every week, anyone who is over the age of 18 is welcome to join us for a lot of fun while you exercise.

WHERE: Rec Shed at Memorial Park, Lakeside Yungaburra

WHEN: Every Wednesday Afternoon

COST: $10 per person

TIME: 5.30PM – 6.30PM Off skates fitness – 6:30pm to 7.30pm skate training

BRING: water and a towl/yoga mat. (Bring your skates and safety gear if you have any)
